Join us for a relaxed and fun-filled evening on the lawn at Henderson Beach Resort! Kick off the night with a refreshing welcome drink and enjoy a casual beachside atmosphere designed for great conversation and connection.
Mingle with fellow attendees while taking in the coastal setting, enjoy lawn games like cornhole and spikeball, and savor a delicious selection of casual beachside fare. As the sun sets, indulge in build-your-own s’mores for the perfect sweet finish to a laid-back evening by the beach.
Both spouse events will take place on property at the hotel (specific rooms to be announced)
Guests create a custom bracelet, necklace, or anklet by selecting up to five coastal-inspired charms (gems, pearls, shells). This hands-on, social experience includes a mimosa and a personalized keepsake.
A hands-on floral design class where guests create seasonal arrangements that will be used as centerpieces for the Closing Dinner, adding a meaningful, personal touch.
Join us for the final event of the Annual Meeting, featuring a cocktail reception, dinner, live music, and a photo booth. It is the perfect way to relax, celebrate, and make memories with friends new and old.
At this year’s Annual Meeting, we invite you to be part of something meaningful. In addition to connecting, learning, and enjoying Destin, we’re creating opportunities to give back and make a lasting impact in the local community.
We will be collecting toys to donate to children receiving care at Sacred Heart Hospital.
Suggested donations:
• Toys for children 18 months and older
• LEGO sets (preferred)
• Coloring books and crayons
• Small games and activity kits
• Other thoughtful gifts for children

• One-time use items are preferred (for health and safety reasons)

We will host a card writing station in the exhibit hall and near registration, where attendees can create messages of encouragement for cancer patients in the Destin, Florida area.
What will be provided:
• Blank greeting cards
• Sharpies/markers
• Envelopes
• Sample messages for inspiration
We encourage all attendees to stop by and take a moment to write a thoughtful note.
